Terms & Conditions of use of the Mazuki Ltd and Mazuki Taekwon-Do Schools Website
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online with Mazuki Ltd. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Mazuki Taekwon-Do Schools
A Mazuki Taekwon-Do School is one whereby students/instructors follow the Mazuki training programme in line with the International Taekwon-Do Federation. Students/Instructors, wher applicable, are insured under the Mazuki Taekwon-Do insurance block policy.

No refunds are offered or given with respect to training fees; licence/membership fees and competition/seminar fees.

Delivery and Postage Costs
Postage and packing charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart and vary according to which country you are ordering from and the service you choose. Orders are normally dispatched from our store within five working days, often sooner, unless they are temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock and there is going to be a longer delay, we will inform you by email and offer you a revised delivery date.

In the UK, postage and packing is worked out by the weight of your order. However, a minimum charge for any order in the UK may apply.

For orders to Europe, the USA, and anywhere else in the world, the cost is also worked out according to the weight of your order and its dimensions.

We use a number of carriers depending on the weight and destination of each order for example: Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Interlink.

Back Orders
We will not put any item on back order unless expressly asked for by the customer this may incur additional charges.

We would like you to be confident about ordering online, we use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe and information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen.

Payment Options
There are three ways to pay for goods at Mazuki Ltd:

  • Online - You can use this site by adding products to your virtual shopping bag and then use the secure checkout process to pay for them with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Electron, Delta, Maestro and Solo cards. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
  • By phone - You can order any of our products by calling 02086789500 and quoting the product name. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Electron, Delta, Maestro and Solo cards.
  • By post - You can post your order to us at the address above and pay by cheque. Please make your cheque payable to: Mazuki Ltd, goods will only is dispatched after payment has cleared.

Products, Prices & Content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product; due to technical limitations some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter from the shop is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

We will collect and store information about you to allow us to primarily process and fulfil any order requirements, and secondly to add your name and address to a mailing list which we use to send a paper catalogue to our customers.

We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whilst using our services.

The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, known address, contact telephones numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details.

Your personal data will not be passed onto any other party in any circumstances.

Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Mazuki Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
